No. Once your order is submitted, it automatically is sent to the supplier that prints your item.
Items are printed at the supplier and are shipped directly to you from their facility.
Once your item ships from the supplier, you should receive an email with the tracking information.
If for some reason you have not received an email with the tracking, or you have not been notified that your item has shipped, please submit a message to us and we will respond with your order status.
All orders are shipped with tracking.
For international supplier orders, the tracking may not be available until the item reaches US customs and is given to USPS.
You should have received an email if you placed an order, as well as any status updates that become available.
If you have not received any emails, please submit a message to us and we will resolve this for you.
Because of sanitary restrictions with the recent pandemic, we will not accept returns.
If you find your item is unsatisfactory for any reason, please use the "Contact Us" form to send us a message. We will respond within 48 hours with a resolution that suits our safety, and your satisfaction.
Most items that have printing defects are able to be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Due to the circumstances that the virus is causing globally, some of our suppliers are having production and/or shipping delays. Some orders can take up to 30 days to be fulfilled.

These are currently in high demand and they can take 5-7 business days to process before they are fulfilled and shipped.

Our fine jewelry comes from external suppliers and it can take up to 30 business days to arrive.
Bags & Shoes
Some of our bags and shoes may take an extra 5-7 business days to process before they are fulfilled and shipped.
Sleepwear | Loungewear | Dresses |Blouses
Our sleepwear, dresses, blouses, and loungewear are processed and printed by a high-volume supplier. Due to their current operating constraints, please expect a 3-4 week timeframe for delivery.

Remember that even if your item has shipped, local postal services, parcel services, and package shipping companies are experiencing delays from increased security and cleaning procedures due to COVID-19.
Please understand that though there are delays, all orders are still being produced, personalized, printed and shipped out.
